    The Situation

    Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP required two unique and robust website solutions to satisfy their large client base. Accessibility, speed and ease of use were paramount in creating both the public and internal websites. The former would depend on the later's ability to deliver timely information regarding specific cases.

    The Solution

    In creating the public website solution for Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP, it was important that users who were not necessarily technical would be able to easily register for specific cases that they were eligible for. In addition, the site would need to allow different types of users to submit their information for collection in a secure back end powered by a relational MySQL database.

    The internal Content Management System was very different from the public website, incorporating multiple user permission levels, and geographic locations. This internal tool developed to feed content into the public website, was built with an emphasis on strong and flexible security. The internal tool allows users to upload and append PDF documents to specific case summaries within the site. In addition to case files, the law firm biography, contact information, and lawyer profiles can all be quickly and securely updated from within the tool. All processes are secured through 128 bit SSL, query-string encryption, and a hardened MySQL database.
